The thread previous to this has gone just a little off course, as the discussion of bylaws isn't really the originally prescribed topic.For those who haven't been following that discussion, it would appear that the APA bylaws do not specify the means for release of the Board of Directors' minutes. There are several interpretations of the applicable language that provides for their release. It is also apparent from reading the APA constitution and bylaws and comparing them with Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised 10th Edition (current circulating edition) that there is a need to make amendments to and possibly conduct restructuring of said instruments.
